Mitey Things began from a personal struggle — the constant battle with invisible allergens and the exhaustion of searching for lasting relief. For years, we tried every quick fix, only to learn that the best approach wasn’t any one thing but the whole environment — home, yard, body, and pets — affecting each other.

Out of that realization came a purpose: to gather trustworthy, accessible tools and information for people like us who want to breathe easier, sleep better, and care for our families health. It’s a constant battle but doing nothing is so much worse.
